Embarking on a journey that began with clerical work in local government and evolved into a rich nursing career starting in 2004, I've dedicated my life to community wellness. My passion for holistic healing led me to train at Jubilee College, becoming a skilled Level 5 Reflexologist. As a Reiki Master Teacher, my practice connects deeply to the origins of Reiki, tracing back to the legendary Mikao Usui (7th Generation). 

From nurturing newborns to supporting the elderly, my experience spans all ages, fostering health and harmony through the art of Reflexology and the energy of Reiki. Proudly affiliated with the UK Reiki Federation and the Association of Reflexologists, I am committed to bringing balance, healing, and tranquility to those I serve.
